CrossFit idoG Makes Me Stronger

OUR MISSION

CrossFit idoG will not exist for the sole purpose of a profit, but will be a refinery where we burn off our impurities, bring in our members as family, build them into development, train them to serve others with love and equip them to live better lives all in the Lord’s name.

WHY WE DO IT

We do it to find balance, to fill that inner drive we all have with activities that will both enhance our life and our physical wellness. We will set goals, attain them and set more goals. At CrossFit idoG – it is a priority for each individual athlete to get in the best shape of their life, eat clean, feel great, have fun, build new relationships and to have an outlet to express themselves. Our gym is a place for gathering, a place for people to feel like they belong to something and a place to get better at The Sport of Fitness. We do this together!

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is called “The Sport of Fitness” because it re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training. Most of our workouts are timed. The faster you can do them the fitter you are becoming. It is that simple. The mindset at the start of each workout is to be stronger, move faster, more efficiently, with better form. Even after years of training CrossFit, scores and times in workouts continue to drop and athletes continue to improve. It′s hard, fun, exciting, challenging, and will push you to be your absolute best!

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad of an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. CrossFit has proven effective in these arenas.
