Mission

CrossFit idoG will not exist for the sole purpose of a profit, but will be a refinery where we burn off our impurities, bring in our members as family, build them into development, train them to serve others with love and equip them to live better lives all in the Lord’s name

What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is called “The Sport of Fitness” because it re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training. Most of our workouts are timed. The faster you can do them the fitter you are becoming. It is that simple. The mindset at the start of each workout is to be stronger, move faster, more efficiently, with better form. Even after years of training CrossFit, scores and times in workouts continue to drop and athletes continue to improve. It′s hard, fun, exciting, challenging, and will push you to be your absolute best!

It has been less than a blink of an eye that this group was put together. But it seems as though we’ve all known each other since childhood. I truly have brothers I can rely on. And I know that this positive environment will just keep pushing us towards our mental and physical goals. I’ve seen amazing things with this gym and I pray that this friendship will never end. Thanks coach for your commitment to us and everyone for being a big part of my life.

Now lets get through another month and smile a little more when we look at ourselves in the mirror. Like I said, “I can’t wait to go to the mall shirtless just to buy a shirt.”

I'm not Mr. Buff guy, nor am I trying to be, but I have worked myself down 50 pounds by doing Crossfit at my boy Brian McFadden gym. I don't take crazy supplements, weight gainers or creatine. I'm not attempting to be a body builder, just fit. So If you are looking to become fit check out my boy's gym...CrossFit idoG!

Woke up 163lbs, down from 187lbs in July. Finally time to build 15lbs of lean pound-for-pound muscle. I believe in CrossFit idoG.
